Senior Nursing Care Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Nursing Director to lead our care team in providing exceptional patient experiences.
This is a full-time permanent role, requiring 39 hours/week with flexible working hours and 8-hour shifts.
The ideal candidate will be supported by an experienced Chief Operations Manager and will have access to various benefits including accommodation, a competitive salary, a company phone and laptop, as well as opportunities for professional growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Full registration with the NMBI
- QQI Level 6 in Management & Leadership
- A minimum of 3 years management experience in elderly care
- Strong knowledge of HIQA regulations and relevant legislation
- Experience in staff management, care plans, operational planning, and forecasting
- Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills with references
- Legal right to work in Ireland
