Job Description

This is a key operational leader role in our organization, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

The role will lead and inspire a team to deliver excellence in services, driving growth and innovation for people affected by kidney disease.

Responsibilities include developing new services, ensuring effective service delivery, and empowering staff to meet patient needs.

The overall goal is to achieve an exciting programme of service growth and innovation, expanding on existing services such as peer support.
