Senior Leadership Tax Professional

This senior leadership role involves leading a diverse range of corporation tax compliance cases and working with partners on M&A, diligence, and reorganization assignments. The successful candidate will have strong technical competence in domestic and international corporate tax matters, very strong communication and organizational skills, and proven ability in staff development/management.
About the Role:
1. Managing a diverse range of corporation tax compliance cases
2. Working with partners on M&A, diligence, and reorganization assignments
3. Preparing tax technical memorandums for advisory projects
4. Contributing to firm wide and department initiatives, including the development of technical knowledge and training of staff.
What You'll Need:
The ideal candidate will be ITI and/or ACA or ACCA qualified, with 2-3 years PQE. A key focus will be on providing tax advisory services to FDI businesses and contributing to the growth and development of the tax team.
