As an entrepreneurial acceleration and innovation expert, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing programmes that cater to the needs of entrepreneurs at varying stages. Your expertise will be crucial in creating curricula that blend theory, practice, and real-world application.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programme design, with a focus on pedagogical approaches and learning content creation. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and mentors.

Key responsibilities include:

">
  • Designing structured entrepreneurial acceleration and innovation programmes and targeted masterclasses">
  • Developing curricula that blend theory, practice, and real-world application">
  • Creating and overseeing development of blended learning content (workshops, online modules, toolkits, case examples)">
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts, mentors, and industry leaders to co-develop relevant content">
  • Building and maintaining connections within Ireland's entrepreneurial ecosystem">

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills">
  • Strong team player and interpersonal relationship skills">
  • Highly competent in Microsoft 365">
  • Strong knowledge/experience of content authoring tools">
  • Experience of working with Learning Management Systems in the deployment of content and programmes">
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills">
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational and time management skills">
