Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support to our manufacturing operations team
  • Identify and implement cost-justified process improvements
  • Utilize Lean Six Sigma tools and data to drive continuous improvement
  • Manage and communicate progress on improvement projects

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (or willingness to obtain)

Desirable Experience:

  • Working in a validated environment with strong discipline regarding change control
  • Carrying out Process Risk Assessments
