Job Title: Group Insured Pension Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a specialist in corporate pension administration.

You will be responsible for managing and administering a portfolio of corporate insured pension schemes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of day-to-day scheme administration.

As part of the team, you will oversee all aspects of scheme administration, handle queries from client companies and scheme members, and work closely with Consultants and Client Managers to ensure client files are fully compliant.

You will also complete group pension and risk renewals, accounts, and manage group pension and risk claims efficiently, including death and disability claims.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Administer and manage a portfolio of corporate insured pension schemes.
  • Oversee all aspects of day-to-day scheme administration with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle queries from client companies and scheme members in a professional and timely manner.
  • Work closely with Consultants and Client Managers to ensure client files are fully compliant.
  • Complete group pension and risk renewals, as well as accounts, for allocated portfolios.
  • Manage group pension and risk claims efficiently, including death and disability claims.
Candidate Profile:

To succeed in this role, you should have 2+ years' experience in pensions administration, preferably within financial services, life & pensions broking, or a consultancy environment.

You will need strong numerical and analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and proven ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (intermediate level), self-motivation, flexibility, adaptability, and enthusiasm are essential qualities for this role.

A confident problem-solver with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality is required for success in this challenging yet rewarding role.
