Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess strong laboratory skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Routinely perform sampling and analysis, providing training for team members as needed.
  2. Write laboratory investigations, ensuring compliance and timely event resolution.
  3. Perform additional laboratory duties as required and conduct peer reviews.
  4. Provide an efficient customer-focused service by maintaining laboratory processes, equipment, and services in an operational and safe state.
  5. Participate in non-routine/complex projects.
  6. Write laboratory documentation, protocols, reports, and PRRs.
  7. Identify Continuous Improvement opportunities and progress Continuous Improvement projects.
  8. Ensure strict adherence to site policies/procedures, cGMP/GLP, and environmental, health, and safety regulations.
  9. Ensure the area of responsibility is maintained in a constant state of compliance and audit readiness in line with current regulations, PQS, and business needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Third-level qualification in a relevant discipline is essential.
  • Previous relevant laboratory experience and good knowledge of cGMPs are desirable.
  • Good people, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work within a team and on own initiative where required.
