Senior Inventory Manager

This role will focus on strategic planning and execution to ensure a seamless supply chain for the organization. The Global Supply Chain Strategist will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify opportunities, and implement solutions.
The position requires a deep understanding of supply chain fundamentals, as well as technical skills in ERP navigation and reports. Experience with SAP is preferred. Strong project management skills and working knowledge of cGMPs, FDA regulations, and industry guidelines are also essential.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong analytical skills, common sense, and ability to work effectively with multiple priorities. They must also have strong interpersonal skills, be proactive, results-oriented, and have strong attention to detail.
- Develop and execute detailed supply and demand inventory balance and/or supply plan achievements against business objectives.
- Work closely with factory leads to develop, prioritize, and manage monthly supply plan key issues or topics.
- Provide timely and accurate supply scenario analyses and inventory reports to stakeholders.
