Medical Secretary Position

We are seeking a skilled and organized Medical Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Job Description:
  • This role involves providing administrative support to healthcare professionals, managing patient appointments and schedules, and maintaining accurate records.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for typing patient letters and correspondence, liaising with healthcare professionals and patients, and assisting with the setup of patient clinics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working as a Medical Secretary is essential, along with dictaphone typing and HSE Garda Vetting clearance.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent phone manner, customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications and a strong attention to detail are also required.

Benefits:

  • This is a 35-hour per week position, Monday to Friday, with an initial 3-month contract that may be extended.
