This is a prime opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead and direct the delivery of nursing care in a well-established healthcare facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing services provided to residents.
- Evaluate and ensure that all set standards and regulatory requirements for resident care are met and exceeded.
- Motivate and manage a skilled team of professionals.
- Develop policies, programs, and evidence-based practices aligned with industry standards (HIQA) and organizational policies.
- Significant experience as a Clinical Nurse Manager or Assistant Director of Nursing.
- At least 3 years post-registration experience in a nursing home environment.
- Prior management experience is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
Please note: This role demands substantial supervisory experience, preferably 3 years, and nurse management experience, ideally 1 year.
