We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to take on the role of Person In Charge. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of children, adults, and older persons with disabilities.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals and work closely with them to develop and implement programs that promote independence, dignity, and well-being.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong management background, preferably in health or social care. A third-level degree in Health & Social Care or a related field is essential, as is a minimum of three years' experience in a management or supervisory role. A management qualification or working towards same is also desirable.

You will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and logistical skills. Experience as a leader with strong operational and general management competency is essential. Additionally, you will need to hold a full, clean driving license for at least two years and have experience ensuring services are run in accordance with HIQA regulations.
