We are seeking an exceptional Care Manager to assist in growing and managing a team of motivated Carers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure efficient management of carer on-boarding, rosters, training/development and overall carer welfare.
  • Deliver high-quality care to vulnerable people with a strong emphasis on safeguarding and compliance.
  • Monitor daily activities using software to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary actions.
  • Communicate closely with the Support Office regarding scheduling, client care and communication.
  • Develop career development paths for team members aligned with our HR strategy.
  • Conduct regular Client Quality Assurance reviews ensuring adherence to our standards.
Requirements:
  • Possess QQI Level 6 Health Services Supervisory Management Skills or higher.
  • Have 3-5 years' experience in Home Care or Community Care Sector in a Supervisory or Management role.
  • Experience in using One Touch Care Management software is preferred.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Show a well-organised and process-driven approach.
