Care Manager

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Care Manager to play a pivotal role in the growth and management of a team of dedicated carers. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective onboarding and training of new carers, as well as their ongoing development and support.
  • Deliver high-quality care services to clients, adhering to all relevant standards and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, using One Touch Care Management software to monitor daily activities and ensure compliance.
  • Communicate closely with the support office regarding scheduling, client care, and HSE requirements.
  • Identify and implement training needs within the team, promoting career development and adherence to Platinum Homecare's HR strategy.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance reviews to ensure excellence in client care.
Requirements:
  • QQI Level 6 Health Services Supervisory Management Skills (or higher)
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Home Care or Community Care Sector in a Supervisory or Management role
  • Experience in using One Touch Care Management software is preferable
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well organized and process driven
