QA and Testing Team Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled QA and Testing Team Lead to join our team in Tn Ireland.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in software testing and project management methodologies, with at least 7 years of experience in Test Management.

As a QA and Testing Team Lead, you will lead an experienced QA and testing team, creating and executing a detailed testing strategy, and delivering detailed reports to all levels of stakeholders.

You will also mentor and guide junior members of the team, assisting with the overall recruitment process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of QA and testing professionals
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive testing strategy
  • Liaising with project managers to ensure test plans align with project goals
  • Delivering regular progress reports to stakeholders
  • Mentoring junior team members and supporting recruitment efforts

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • At least 7 years of experience in Test Management
  • Strong knowledge of project management and test management methodologies
  • In-depth knowledge of software testing (manual and automated testing tools)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
