Empowered by a passion for scientific innovation, we are seeking a talented professional to drive the validation of complex biological systems. As a Validation Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our testing processes.
\Key Responsibilities\- Determine methods and procedures for new assignments, collaborating with lab management to develop protocols for comprehensive testing packages.
- Assist in project initiatives, such as process validation, product validation, and implementation of new technologies.
- Perform laboratory activities essential for isolating, growing, and maintaining bacterial cultures.
- Stay up-to-date on cutting-edge training programs and regulatory requirements for Celsis technology within the Technical Services Laboratory.
- Train new analysts in theory and practical applications of Celsis kit types and document training records according to site GDP standards.
- Collaborate with inventory checks of laboratory consumables and maintain general housekeeping of the laboratory, including equipment maintenance and scheduling instrument calibrations.
- Education: Degree in Microbiology, Biology, or a related field.
- Experience: Established track record in cGMP pharmaceutical microbiology environment is essential.
- Awareness of regulatory requirements associated with alternative method validation for sterility testing.
- Proficiency in Windows-based programs, including Word and Excel, and basic knowledge of algebra.
