Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for resolving claims in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all customers receive a high level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolution of Claims: Investigate and resolve claims in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring that all relevant information is gathered and documented.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate with customers throughout the claims process, providing regular updates and explanations of their claim status.
  • Claim Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed records of all claims activity, including correspondence, conversations, and decision-making processes.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal stakeholders, such as underwriters and adjusters, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the claims process.

Requirements

  • Claims Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in claims handling or a related field, with a strong understanding of claims procedures and protocols.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide tailored solutions to their needs.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
