About the Role:

The Senior Accounting Specialist will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of our team. This includes supervising staff accountants, developing client relationships, and reviewing work performed by fund accountants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop relationships with all clients and serve as main daily client operational contact for a number of PE clients
  • Supervise staff accountants on systems, processing, procedures and job responsibilities
  • Train, coach and mentor new employees, develop and motivate staff within their team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Fund Accounting (Hedge, Mutual or Private Equity)
  • Excellent supervisory and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Third Level Degree in Finance or related field (desirable)
