Compliance Process Implementation Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Compliance Process Implementation Manager to lead and drive process and compliance initiatives ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

This role involves collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders to identify compliance gaps at the country level across the EMEA region, designing targeted implementation projects, and driving their execution in collaboration with HR, Legal, Operational and Functional teams.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with EMEA Employment Legal and HR Compliance Leads to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Partner with Employee Success (HR), Business Technology, and other relevant functional teams to design end-to-end process solutions and controls, and guide the documentation of mitigation efforts
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, define milestones, and manage end-to-end delivery of compliance projects, ensuring alignment with business goals

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance

  • Collaborate with EMEA Employment Legal and HR Compliance Leads to evaluate and identify compliance gaps, risks and joint prioritisation

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Employee Success (HR), Business Technology, and other relevant functional teams to understand requirements, assess gaps, align on priorities, design end-to-end process solutions and controls, and guide the documentation of mitigation efforts

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project/Programme Manager or HR Operational leader, managing large-scale, complex compliance programs within matrixed organizations, with at least 5 years of experience
  • Ability to lead end-to-end process design by collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts to map current and future-state workflows, identify compliance requirements, and implement streamlined, efficient processes
  • Extensive experience testing and monitoring HR-related business processes, collaboratively developing remediation plans, and documenting improvements
  • In-depth knowledge of complex HR-related statutory, regulatory, collective, industry, and/or professional compliance standards, with a focus on EMEA-specific countries
