About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing Harbour Mobile Cranes across various locations in Ireland and potentially the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out routine servicing, inspections, and repairs on Harbour Mobile Cranes, ensuring that all work meets manufacturer guidelines and quality standards.
  • Familiarize yourself with Liebherr LHM harbour mobile cranes and other product types, while developing effective working relationships with the depot support team.
  • Undertake all work in compliance with manufacturer recommendations and company policies, focusing on delivering outstanding customer service and supporting business growth.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment by adhering to workplace safety requirements and systems.
  • Collaborate with administration to ensure accurate record-keeping and paperwork is up-to-date.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Operate in accordance with the company's quality assurance guidelines, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • NFQ Level 6 qualification or equivalent national craft certificate level 6 in a related field.
  • Completion of a recognized apprenticeship or equivalent experience in a similar industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, with a strong background in maintenance and repair work.
