Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support the Centre on a full-time contract, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and meeting regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring personal plans, risk assessments, and behavioural support plans are up-to-date.
  • Managing staff teams to provide exceptional care and support to service users.
  • Mentorship and leadership, including formal supervisions, appraisals, and monthly team meetings.
  • Overseeing services across shifts to ensure effective and efficient delivery.
  • Maintaining infection control standards and adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • A Level 7 or 8 degree in a health-related qualification (or suitable equivalent).
  • A full clean driver's license.
  • Minimum 3 years managerial experience in a similar healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills.
