Job Objectives:
- To lead and manage the Centre team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support services.
- To develop and implement effective systems and processes to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
- To provide guidance, support, and supervision to Centre staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- To build strong relationships with stakeholders, including service users, families, and external agencies.
Key Requirements:
- A degree in a health or social care-related field (or equivalent qualification).
- At least three years' experience in a senior management role in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Skills And Knowledge Required:
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Desirable Skills:
- Certification in a specific area of healthcare (e.g., mental health, learning disability).
- Experience working with technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Able to speak multiple languages (including English).
