Job Objectives:

  • To lead and manage the Centre team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support services.
  • To develop and implement effective systems and processes to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
  • To provide guidance, support, and supervision to Centre staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • To build strong relationships with stakeholders, including service users, families, and external agencies.

Key Requirements:

  • A degree in a health or social care-related field (or equivalent qualification).
  • At least three years' experience in a senior management role in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Skills And Knowledge Required:

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Desirable Skills:

  • Certification in a specific area of healthcare (e.g., mental health, learning disability).
  • Experience working with technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Able to speak multiple languages (including English).
