  • Flexible working arrangement: 2/3 days working from home
  • Flexibility with start and finish times: anytime between 8am-9am and finish at 4-5pm
  • Open to 4 day working week

The HR Manager will lead and oversee the HR department, reporting into the General Manager.

Duties:

  • Manage all recruitment activities including devising job descriptions, posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews and issuing job offers
  • Lead on and advise managers on all employee relations cases including disciplinaries and grievances
  • Organise and schedule mandatory training for all new and existing employees
  • Liaise with payroll department to complete payroll administration
  • Utilise the company HR System to update and revise employee records, download performance documentation and log absence
  • Lead on performance management activities including conducting performance reviews and tracking performance of employees

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years Human Resources experience, experienced in recruitment, employee relations, employee engagement and performance management. They should also be skilled in liaising with payroll and devising HR Strategy, proficient in using HR Systems and obtained degree in HRM and HR Qualification.
