Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior, Policy to join our team. As a member of our Policy and Regulatory Team, you will play a key role in monitoring and tracking public policy and regulatory developments impacting the investment funds and asset management industry.

Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the team in curating, drafting and disseminating technical and regulatory information for the wider funds industry. You will assist with the development of regulatory initiatives/commentary with the relevant internal teams to support industry communication.

Additionally, you will lead the drafting of notes following Central Bank of Ireland quarterly meetings and the Steering Group. You will coordinate, manage and support the activities and ongoing projects of agreed working groups.

This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Prior experience in a policy or regulatory compliance position, with 4-5 years relevant funds industry experience, is essential.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development of regulatory initiatives/commentary with the relevant internal teams to support industry communication;
Lead the drafting of notes following Central Bank of Ireland quarterly meetings and the Steering Group;
Coordinate, manage and support the activities and ongoing projects of agreed working groups;
Ensure the internal policy and regulatory tracking database is updated weekly;
Assist in engagement with policy makers (e.g. Central Bank of Ireland, Department of Finance), where required.
