About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Compliance Enablement and Reporting Team at AIB Group as a Regulatory Compliance Policy Manager. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in reviewing and updating Compliance Policies and Frameworks, supporting regulatory testing and analysis, and ensuring adherence to regulatory obligations.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Review and update Compliance Policies and Frameworks to ensure they remain effective and relevant.
  2. Support regulatory testing and analysis to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
  3. Represent the Compliance function at various Steering Committees and governance fora.

What You'll Bring
  • Minimum of five years' experience in compliance or regulatory roles within Financial Services.
  • Strong technical knowledge of regulation, regulatory strategy, and Central Bank of Ireland and European Regulator rules.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
