Organisational Development Manager

Link Personnel is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert HR advice and guidance to employees across the organisation, as well as designing and implementing HR initiatives that align with business objectives. You will also be responsible for managing talent acquisition and retention strategies, and collaborating with senior leaders to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 3 years' experience working in a HR Business Partner model, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality HR services. You will also need to have a strong knowledge of HR best practices and the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
