Social Care Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Social Care Worker to join our team.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement personalized care and placement plans tailored to each child or young person.
  • Promote the overall well-being of service users, encompassing their physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.
  • Support participation in educational programs, training, and medical appointments to enhance their quality of life.
  • Foster meaningful relationships through age-appropriate activities, play, and therapeutic interactions.
  • Advocate for the rights and responsibilities of each young person, empowering them to make informed decisions about their lives.
  • Maintain child protection procedures and serve as a designated officer when required, ensuring a safe environment for all.
Requirements:
  • A minimum Level 7 or 8 degree in social care or a related field.
  • CORU Registration is mandatory.
  • Must be a resident in Ireland with an EU passport or hold a valid GNIB card (Stamp 1G, Stamp 2, Stamp 4, Stamp 4D, Stamp 5, or 4 EUFam).
  • Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting and provide International Police Clearance if necessary.
