Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care, meal preparation, toileting, moving, and transferring
  • Support clients with Alzheimer's, Dementia, and high dependency needs
  • Supervise medication and assist with light housework/basic shopping
  • Offer emotional and social support
  • Collaborate with the care team and monitor client progress
  • Report and record any incidents
  • Adhere to Health and Safety regulations
Requirements:
  • Degree level 7/8 in Social Care, Social Studies, or related discipline
  • Registered or eligible for registration with CORU
  • Full clean driving license and access to own transport
  • Knowledge of New Directions Services and Supports for adults with disabilities is advantageous
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Fluent English, written and spoken
  • Flexible and willing to adapt to changing circumstances and shift patterns
  • Must be eligible to work in Ireland

Requirements:
  • A degree in Social Care, Social Studies, or a related discipline (level 7 or 8)
  • Registration or eligibility for registration with CORU
  • Full clean driving licence and access to your own transport
  • Advantageous: knowledge of New Directions Services and Supports for adults with disabilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to change circumstances and shift patterns
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland
