Delivering Compassionate Care in the Comfort of Clients' Homes

We are seeking skilled and empathetic individuals to provide person-centred care to our clients across Ireland. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care that meets the unique needs of each individual.

To achieve this, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and professional care to clients in their own homes, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and their families, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care, and participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional care to clients, tailoring services to meet their specific needs and preferences
  • Build and maintain trust with clients and their families through effective communication and empathy
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless care and support
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry standards

Requirements:

  • A valid full driving licence and access to your own vehicle for work-related purposes
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts throughout the week, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
  • A calm, polite, and professional demeanor, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality and discretion
  • A kind and caring nature, with a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional care and service

Benefits:

  • A competitive hourly rate of €14.70, plus premium rates for Sundays and Bank Holidays
  • Mileage/Travel Time 30 cent per km, plus fortnightly travel time payment
  • Annual leave entitlement of 8% of hours worked, subject to a maximum of four working weeks per annum
