Technical Service Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Technical Service Team as a Field Service Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support to renal dialysis equipment and play a crucial role in the development and establishment of expertise in renal equipment and technology.

About The Role:
  • You will be responsible for engaging in the technical repair, both preventative and corrective, of equipment at customer sites or other locations.
  • You will advise and lead on the installation requirements for a renal dialysis unit.
  • You will undertake technical and user support training for B Braun products and any other relevant equipment.
  • You will develop and maintain a level of technical competency to work independently and confidently.
  • You will be commercially aware and market orientated.
  • You will have flexibility to travel to our customers throughout Ireland.
Requirements:
  • Degree Qualified in electronic / electrical / mechanical / biomedical engineering or similar technical discipline.
  • Strong computer and communication skills essential.
  • Previous experience in renal technical services (maintenance & repair) is desirable.
  • You should be comfortable working in a clinical setting and interacting with allied health professionals.
  • You should be familiar with relevant E.U. Directives for medical devices.
  • You should hold a full clean driving license which allows you to drive in Ireland.
