  • Manage the delivery of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) and other applications for marine developments.
  • Develop and review technical reports, ensuring they meet the highest standards and provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with regulators, engineers, stakeholders, and project partners throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to tendering and proposal development to secure projects that promote sustainable marine development.
  • Mentor and support junior colleagues, enhancing skills and capacity within the team.
Key Requirements:
  • Degree in a relevant field such as marine science, ecology, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience working in a planning, government, or environmental consultancy.
  • Proven experience in delivering EIA reports and similar documents.
  • Strong technical writing skills, including the ability to produce desktop studies and literature reviews.
  • Familiarity with Irish and EU wildlife and planning legislation.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Effective communication skills for client and stakeholder engagement.
  • GIS skills and experience.
