Role Summary

As a seasoned leader in retail, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Supervisor. This role offers an exciting opportunity to inspire self-expression, creativity, and artistry in our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of coaching and developing teams, with strong experience in artistry and excellent communication skills. They will be able to drive sales targets, manage KPIs, and lead by example, creating a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead by example, demonstrating the NARS way of delivering customer engagement and securing brand loyalty.
  2. Coach and develop the team, focusing on sales targets and KPIs.
  3. Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  4. Manage and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Must have held a leadership position in a retail business.
  • Track record of coaching and developing teams.
  • Strong experience in artistry, ideally with a qualification.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a team and lead.
  • Ability to drive KPIs and sales targets.
