Job DescriptionResponsibilities
  • Oversee account management specialists, support their daily tasks, and foster professional growth.
  • Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions to improve team performance.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Implement and optimize customer service processes, resolving issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to align actions and achieve business goals.
  • Prepare reports on team performance and customer service outcomes.

Experience & Qualifications
  • 1-2 years management experience
  • 2+ years in banking/financial services (preferred)

  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM (a plus)
Location

Cherrywood, Dublin. Hybrid schedule: in-office 3+ days/week, flexible outside.

This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
