Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer account management team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily tasks of account management specialists and fostering their professional growth.

You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions to improve team performance. Building and maintaining positive relationships with key clients is crucial to ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of management experience and 2+ years in banking/financial services. Proven success in leading teams and increasing customer value is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee account management specialists and support their daily tasks
  • Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions to improve team performance
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key clients
  • Implement and optimize customer service processes
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to align actions and achieve business goals
