Product Manager

This is a role that will work cross-functionally to bridge the gap between business needs and digital solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple teams to analyze, document, and improve digital platforms, integrations, and workflows as well as support the launch of new functionalities and capabilities.

">Responsibilities">
  • ">
  • Responsible for market, business case, and competitive analysis related to our digital products.">
  • Champion the design and delivery of digital experiences that are both personal and delightful for our customers.">
  • Work closely with the US Digital Squad team to localize solutions to the Canadian market.">
  • Act as a subject matter expert on key digital platforms and establish processes for alignment with key stakeholders and priorities.">
  • Partner with the US Product and Squad teams to support digital products and feature enhancements and implementation.">
  • Be a point of contact for Franchisees navigating through questions and support tickets across digital platforms.">
  • Loyalty and CRM platform SME – supporting offer building, platform capabilities, data integration flow between platforms.">
  • Ongoing analysis of data trends, platform & program performance, and user behavior.">
">Requirements">
  • ">
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Business, or related field.">
  • 6+ years of experience working on cross-functional teams with a proven history of achieving business results.">
  • 4+ years of experience working with a variety of digital technology.">
  • Experience in a project manager role for enterprise-wide projects, preferably for a consumer-facing brand.">
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.">
  • Proven prioritization and organization skills.">
