Job Description

We are seeking a skilled content creator to join our team as a Senior Editor, Content. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for crafting high-performing content that engages decision-makers and drives action.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling content across multiple formats.

In this role, you will collaborate with our Demand Generation, Sales, and Product Marketing teams to create tailored content strategies that meet audience needs throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write, edit, and produce exceptional content, including industry reports, guides, blogs, newsletters, and case studies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop content strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Partner with internal subject matter experts to articulate and showcase company perspectives on AI and customer service.
  • Craft powerful case studies that highlight customer achievements and demonstrate measurable impact.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing or editorial roles, preferably within technology, AI, SaaS, or customer service.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling content.
  • Experience across multiple content formats (blogs, white-papers, case studies, social media, email marketing, etc.).
  • Proven experience developing customer stories that communicate business impact.
  • Familiar with SEO best practices, content analytics, and full-funnel digital marketing metrics.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience with marketing, sales, product, and customer advocacy teams.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
