Production Leadership Opportunity

You will have the chance to lead a high-volume manufacturing operation, ensuring timely production and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

  1. Collaborate with your team to achieve production goals and implement improvements to increase efficiency and save costs.
  2. Evaluate and adhere to quality standards, regulations, and company procedures.
  3. Utilize lean principles to identify areas for improvement and optimize production systems.
  4. Communicate effectively with various departments and external groups to resolve production-related issues.
  5. Analyze production forecasts and adapt to changes in production requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably in unionized environments.
  • Experience in operations management where you have led the department.
  • Strong understanding of compliance regulations and high-complexity production systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage people and adapt to changing demands.
  • Key skills: Collaborative, Innovative, Agile, Forward Thinking, Strong People Manager.
