Quality and Risk Management Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality and Risk Management Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality improvement, risk management, and leadership.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive quality and risk management system. As a Quality and Risk Management Leader, you will be responsible for providing expert knowledge and leadership in managing risks and improving quality across the organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a quality and risk management framework that aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality and risk management principles and practices.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement corrective action plans.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A higher degree in a healthcare discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in quality improvement and/or risk management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
