Restaurant Operations Lead

  • Sales & POS Management: Monitor transactions, manage the point-of-sale system.
  • Stock & Display Management: Oversee stock levels, ensure visually appealing food displays.
  • Compliance & Safety: Enforce food safety and hygiene regulations, promote a safe environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous managerial or supervisory experience in a hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing teams.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Food safety training and awareness.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
