Job Title: Quality Supply Planner

Catalyx is seeking a highly skilled Quality Planner to join their team and work on-site in Cork. The successful candidate will report to the Quality Department and have end-to-end oversight of production, testing, and release plans for the site.

The Quality Planner will work closely with relevant coordinators to schedule work in line with business requirements and adjust the site production plan accordingly on the SAP system. This role is strategically important in ensuring timely product release and on-time delivery of materials to customers.

Responsibilities:
- Attend daily site Value Stream Boards and weekly planning meetings
- Coordinate inspection lot end dates and lead times on SAP with various business units in the supply chain
- Work closely with Production and Supply Chain functions to ensure fast responses to unforeseen changes or requests
- Liaise with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain departments to adjust inspection lot end dates accurately and appropriately when lots are received on-site, and when issues arise during production, testing, or release
- Monitor issues and delays against lots throughout the supply chain, perform impact assessments against the site Plan, and adjust accordingly
- Communicate planning changes and impact between Supply Chain and Operations functions
- Track progress of lots, manage KPI reporting, and analysis
- Refine the current business process for management of inspection lot end dates on SAP

Requirements:
- Supply Chain experience and familiarity with scheduling
- Organizational skills/Project Management
- SAP experience desirable
- Manufacturing Execution Process knowledge
- Quality and GMP knowledge/experience beneficial
- Proven excellent communication skills/communicates effectively
- Negotiation skills
- Proven meeting facilitation skills in a cross-functional environment/working group or workshop-based environment
- Result-driven, target-oriented; demonstrates optimism and 'Can Do' attitude
- Excellent understanding of business processes and quality principles and practices across internal and external environments
- Understanding of technical requirements of cross-functional units
- Project Management Skills/Lean Six Sigma methodology – would be a plus
