Operational Excellence Transformation Lead

We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Transformation Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving process improvements across the organization, with a focus on enhancing efficiency, reducing waste, and increasing productivity.
- Job Description: As an Operational Excellence Transformation Lead, you will lead cross-functional teams in identifying areas for improvement, developing and implementing process changes, and monitoring progress against key performance indicators.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy process improvement methodologies and workflows to maximize workforce efficiency.
- Analyze plant and equipment capacity to identify bottlenecks and develop strategies to optimize production.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement new layouts that improve workflow and increase efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Mandatory University qualification in Science or Engineering or similar scientific field.
- Lean and 6 Sigma Black Belt certification.
- Project Management qualification.
