Job Title: Digital Transformation Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of digital transformation initiatives within our organization.

  • Manage the transition of multiple software upgrades.
  • Manage multiple clients and projects concurrently.
  • Deliver new requirements to clients.
  • Consult with clients on best practices and process improvement.
  • Oversee day-to-day tasks of the development team.
  • Run scrum ceremonies.
  • Cultivate strong business relationships with multiple clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase solutions to clients.
  • Work closely with sales, product management, and engineering teams.
  • Gather detailed requirements and conduct multiple demonstrations of the application.
  • Provide input on product enhancements based on client feedback.
  • Work with stakeholders and the team to investigate operational issues, problems, and opportunities.
  • Identify appropriate, effective, and efficient solutions through improvements in product and process.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Business acumen.
  • Commercially savvy with a genuine interest in business.
  • Proficient with a variety of business analysis techniques, tools, and standards.
  • Strong understanding of business structure and key business principles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships.

Requirements:

  • Previous implementation project management experience.
