Lead a Digital Transformation

Spearhead a digital marketing strategy that drives fundraising, engagement and awareness goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make a lasting impact.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create a results-driven digital marketing plan aligned with current trends and opportunities.
  • Establish digital KPIs, track performance across all channels, and deliver actionable insights through regular reporting.
  • Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with impact.
  • Plan, test and optimise paid social media campaigns, targeting the right audiences with effective messaging.
  • Develop segmented and personalised email campaigns to supporters and donors, continuously improving relevance and performance.
  • Manage and optimise the website, using analytics to boost user experience, supporter conversion and donation outcomes.
  • Implement practical SEO strategies to increase visibility and support income across campaigns, services and fundraising.
  • Maximise online shop revenue in collaboration with fundraising teams, while fostering a culture of analysis and ongoing improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a digital marketing role, ideally with direct response marketing experience within the not-for-profit or purpose-led sector.
  • A strong working knowledge of digital strategy, campaign planning and multi-channel delivery.
  • Experience managing or collaborating on website content and development.
  • A good understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them effectively.
  • Experience running email marketing campaigns, ideally using segmentation or automation tools.
  • A solid grasp on how e-commerce platforms work and how to increase online sales.
  • Experience running social media ad campaigns and confidence in using analytics platforms.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
