The role of Digital Capability Lead requires a strategic thinker who can drive value chain management through digital capabilities. This involves shaping the vision and strategy for digital capabilities in VCM, ensuring effective execution and measurable impact.

Key qualifications include experience in supply chain, operations, or digital transformation roles, with a deep understanding of at least one or more of the following: supply chain networks, product launches, site selection, and lifecycle planning.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing a unified decision-support ecosystem by integrating key digital tools. They will also drive adoption of simulation-enabled frameworks with governance and sustained value.

Responsibilities include designing, building, deploying, and sustaining a connected performance management capability across IMSC, defining strategic KPIs, and enabling actionable insights for senior leadership.

This role requires collaboration with various teams, including VCM, Digital & Data Strategy, and customers across different departments. The successful candidate will influence decision-making and champion alignment across digital programs.

Talent development and cross-functional collaboration are essential aspects of this role, as is advancing technology architecture and deploying capabilities in partnership with internal and external teams.

Additional responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders to design and implement a One Digital Value Chain. This involves integrating digital tools into a unified ecosystem and driving adoption of simulation-enabled frameworks.

Ultimately, this role requires a strong leader who can shape the vision and strategy for digital capabilities in VCM and drive measurable impact.
