Leading Legal Billing Rates

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our legal billing rates team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of legal billing rates interpretation and implementation, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement client-specific rates, including exception rates and alternative fee arrangements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align rates, technology, and process initiatives with business needs.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels across all stakeholder groups.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success and impact of the operation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading global projects from conception to completion.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to assess unfamiliar situations and provide remediation advice.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and process improvement techniques.
