Front Desk Operations Manager

Aimbridge Hospitality seeks a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of the front desk operations, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service, maximizing room revenue, and maintaining high standards of hotel operations.
About You
We are looking for an individual with at least 2-3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and college coursework in a related field is a plus. Previous supervisory experience is preferred, but not necessary. You must have a valid driver's license and be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
Your Responsibilities
- Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
- Maintain regular attendance and comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards as required by scheduling.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working.
- Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
- Monitor all V.I.P. and special guest requests.
- Review Front Office log and Trace File daily.
- Ensure logging and delivery of all messages, packages, and mail in a timely and professional manner.
- Be aware of all rates, packages, and promotions currently underway.
- Be familiar with all in-house groups.
- Follow and enforce all Aimbridge Hospitality hotel credit policies.
- Perform all duties of Front Desk Agent.
