Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Sales and Distribution Manager to join our team. As a key member of our corporate functions, you will be responsible for leading a new regional team and overseeing the successful delivery of SAP projects worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive efficiency and innovation in SAP project delivery.
  • Lead a global cross-functional team consisting of employees and contractors.
  • Manage SAP implementations in complex environments, delivering large-scale projects on time.
  • Guide, mentor, and support project managers in achieving project goals and organisational objectives.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing people, with a focus on leadership and team development. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skills, are essential. Experience leading global teams and managing SAP implementations is also required.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Significant experience in managing people, with a focus on leadership and team development.
  • Proven ability to guide, mentor, and support project managers in achieving project goals and organisational objectives.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience leading global, cross-functional teams consisting of both employees and contractors.

Preferred qualifications include good knowledge of SAP SD configuration, including organisation structure, master data, pricing, outputs, sales, logistics execution & billing.
