This role will be responsible for leading mixed methodology projects, delivering strong and insightful results that meet and exceed client expectations. You'll work closely with clients at a senior level, using your research, insight, market, and commercial expertise to support them to make better decisions, grounded in insight.

As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to shape everything we do; from processes, to solutions, training, systems, and innovation. We're an agile agency, always looking for ways to improve and grow, and we need someone who can help us drive this forward.

Our ideal candidate will have a good understanding of qualitative research, as well as quantitative skills. They'll be able to deliver strong and insightful mixed methodology projects, translating insight into actionable solutions and outcomes for our clients. They'll also be able to represent the Ponderosa Agency Limited brand and values to the highest level both internally and externally.
