We're on the lookout for both seasoned and entry-level equity and option traders.
As an Options Trader, you will execute trades in a sub-account within our firm. You will create and implement effective trading strategies, participate in regular meetings, courses, and coaching sessions to enhance your trading skills, stay informed about market trends, news, and technological advancements, and diligently manage risk and uphold trading discipline.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Demonstrated passion for trading, with a strong desire to learn and excel.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in trading or managing investments.
- Basic understanding of financial markets.
- Exceptional decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of Java is a plus but not mandatory.
- Earn a performance-based bonus for profits generated.
- Receive higher capital levels for outstanding performance and risk management.
- Retain a percentage of all generated profits.
