Lead Educator Opportunity

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily preschool sessions, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment that promotes growth and learning.
  • Develop educational programmes that cater to the holistic development of children.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with staff and parents to enhance the preschool experience.
  • Build positive relationships with children and their families, providing support for individual needs.
  • Record and maintain accurate documentation as required.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of Fetac Level 7 or 8 in Early Years & Childhood Studies.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
