Job Overview

As a senior retail professional, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth in our Kildare store. Your responsibilities will include leading the store team, managing daily operations, and developing strategies to meet performance targets.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales and service goals
  • Develop and implement plans to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising
  • Collaborate with district managers and corporate partners to drive business results
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and open communication
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and company policies
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to asset protection, inventory control, and compliance
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership capacity
  • Proven leadership skills, with a focus on empowering teams and driving results
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with colleagues, managers, and customers
  • Flexibility, including availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • A genuine passion for retail, with a desire to create memorable shopping experiences for customers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and adapt to changing situations
